All customers booking a Morocco hostel from the 1st December-1st March 2010, will receive a 15% discount on a wide range of tours that include a sunset camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes and day trips to traditional Berber villages.

On these private organized tours local drivers will take you off the beaten track, to unique sights out of reach of the average tourist. And with our wide range of Riads and Morocco hostels close to the desert, this is the perfect way to start or end the year!

Here are the details of the promotion below.

Conditions of the Promotion:

- The offer is valid from the 1st December 2009-1st March 2010 (excluding the period from the 25th December 2009-3rd January 2010).

- Customers will be eligible for a discount of 15% on all desert tours that include at least one night in the Erg Chebbi dunes at Mergouza.

- Customers must book a hostel in Morocco with HostelBookers in order to be eligible for the promotion. Once a booking has been made, customers will receive a unique booking reference number.

- Customers wishing to claim the discount must present their name and HostelBookers booking confirmation reference number, plus the special discount code of AJM-HB-1 to Authentic Morocco when booking a tour.

Tour Details:

- Desert Tours run from Fes to Fes, Fes to Marrakech, Marrakech to Fes and Marrakech to Marrakech.

- Typical driving times to Mergouza/Erg Chebbi are 8 hours from Fez and 10 hours from Marrakech.

- The Fes-Marrakech and Fes-Fes routes are a minimum 2 nights/3 days. The Marrakech-Marrakech route is a minimum 3 nights/4 day trip due to distance and driving times.

- All tours include the highlights along each selected route and are conducted in a Toyota Land Cruiser, or similar vehicle, with a driver.

- Please note that drivers are typically self-taught in languages other than French and Arabic but make a huge effort under the circumstances.

- All tours are run through Authentic Morocco and their local company office in Marrakech, Authentic Journeys, who will pick up customers from their arranged accommodation.
